This will be fleshed out over time a bit more. Typically its good to bring:

  • plenty to drink (particularly if you are prefer exotic alcoholic drinks, though they need to be legal to possess in the United States)
  • plenty o-sun-screen
  • a comfy chair to sit in
  • a good attitude

But then the next question, or in some cases the first question, is what to wear. In other words, “Should I wear my swimsuit that is for looking good but can’t get wet? Should I wear my new board shorts? A speedo perhaps? Is this clothing option?”

But there most complete answer is:

This not a fashion contest. There are no awards for being really really good looking. Wear what you feel comfortable in or what that anonymous note you got that one time suggested. Keep in mind there will be opportunities to water ski/wake board, sail, lounge, ect. Keeping all that in mind, make a decision, and stick with it.

Are we allowed to have fireworks? just curious.

I do not know if fireworks are allowed in my trailer park, but I doubt it. They might be out at the island, and we’ll check into that. Other good ideas to bring are dry clothes to change into, towels, and any snacky snacks that are unusual.
